Retail Assistant Store Manager

What the Job’s All About:

We’re looking for a warm‑hearted, motivated Assistant Store Manager to help run our beautiful store. You’ll be right alongside the Store Manager, helping with everything from staff training and sales goals to styling advice and keeping our displays looking gorgeous. When the Store Manager’s away, you’ll take the lead — keeping the store running smoothly and the team feeling confident.

Your Day‑to‑Day Will Include:

- Making sure every customer leaves feeling happy, heard, and inspired.

- Supporting your Store Manager to hit store goals and keep things on track.

- Helping plan fun promotions or events that connect us with our local community.

- Coaching and cheering on your team — because seeing them shine is the best part of the job.

- Helping with store admin like scheduling, payroll, and inventory.

- Jumping in whenever needed — whether that’s styling a customer, rearranging a display, or helping at the till.

A Bit About You:

You’ve got at least 2 years of retail experience — fashion or boutique experience is a plus.

You know your way around a POS system and are comfortable with basic computer tasks.

You’re a natural leader — kind, organized, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.

You love creating a space where customers and staff feel welcome.

You’re flexible with your schedule and don’t mind weekends or busy seasons.

You can be on your feet and handle a few boxes now and then (we all pitch in where needed!).
