Returns & Refunds Policy

By ordering from Amy’s Wardrobe, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Returns & Refunds Policy.
Placing an order means you agree to our return conditions, timelines, and procedures, and acknowledge that this policy may be used as evidence in any payment disputes or chargebacks.

Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery if you are not satisfied, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Only normal inspection is allowed.

Approved returns are processed within 7 business days after receipt. We may reject returns of items that are worn, misused, or damaged.

How to Return

Email info@amyswardrobe.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is defective, along with your full name and address. Wait for approval and instructions before returning any items. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Use a trackable shipping service and keep proof of postage.

Defective Items

Report any damage or manufacturing defects within 48 hours of delivery to info@amyswardrobe.com. Include your order details, issue description, and clear photos or video.

Verified defective items will be replaced (if available) or refunded. In some cases, a return may not be required. Processing takes approximately 7–14 business days.

Lost or Refused Packages

If your package is lost in transit, contact us with your order and tracking number. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund if confirmed lost.

Refused, unclaimed, or incorrectly addressed returns may incur a $25 deduction from your refund to cover handling and shipping fees.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment by emailing info@amyswardrobe.com as soon as possible. After shipment, our return process applies. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Disputes

Please contact us first if there are any issues with your order. Submitting a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution, as we will provide order, shipping, and communication records to the payment provider.

  • Returns are sent to our fulfillment center in Asia.
  • Return shipping is not covered by Amy’s Wardrobe.
  • We are not responsible for customs delays or charges.
  • Used or hygiene-related items cannot be returned.
  • Handling or processing fees may apply.
